So guys/girls, what do you think? please leave your comments.

TNA vs WWE... and also the era's in the WWE.

For a long time now i have been noticing, TNA fans saying that WWE sucks, etc, etc. Let me keep this plain and simple before moving on to a much more interesting topic.
Smackdown alone, without the likes of John Cena, Miz, R-truth, Del-rio, John Morrison and Zack Ryder pulls a higher rating than TNA, period! Need i say more?

Anyway, moving on to something better, The Era's in WWE.
So, there are many Era's in the WWE. Here is the list. (according to my observation and research)

The Hogan Era (1985-1994)

The New Generation (1994-1998)

The Attitude Era (1998-2001)

The Post Attitude Era (2001-2008)

The PG Era (2008-Present)

*Note! The dates may not be accurate, because they don't exactly announce officially the start or end of each era.

My main focus however will be on The Hogan Era, The Attitude Era and The PG Era. These Era's were/are the "main" eras where distinct changes can be seen.

I'll start with the Hogan Era. I can't give u much personal opinion on this Era (i was only born in 1993) but i did do some surveys and research.
Anyway, in the Hogan Era, the main face was of course, Hulk Hogan. He wasn't that great of a wrestler, he only had about 5 moves, he had a pretty lame finisher, he was like superman, infact i think even superman would lose to Hogan, BUT he was fairly entertaining. Back in the day

Hogan= icon = money. But according to most people, this era was rather good, because, it was new, it wasn't focused solely on pure wrestling but also on the entertainment part of it. The story lines and feuds were all fresh, and they didn't have the IWC at that time, so, the fans had no idea what was going on backstage, and nobody broke kayfabe(if the fans hated you in the ring, they hated you outside the ring as well). And because there was no IWC, there is always the element of suprise.

Next, The Attitude Era. This was the peak of the WWE. Ratings were high, everything was great.
Why? Well you cant explain the Attitude Era by words. You have to watch it to feel it.
The Attitude Era wasn't PG. The Attitude Era was so precise with details that it blurred the lines between fiction and reality. Many real life issues or social issues were used as story lines and feuds. It also had violence, fowl words, nudity. Like i said, a think line between whats real and whats not. Btw, how can i forget. It contained(in my opinion) the 2 greatest superstars in WWE history(so far). 2 mega icons! If Hogan was money then these 2 guys were GOLD. The Attitude Era, the era of STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN & THE ROCK!

Lastly, the era we are at now, The PG Era. I would say, this is a weird era. Probably the worst era in WWE history. Where do I begin. Ill start with the face. Hes Hulk Hogan 2.0. Hes also Superman, the difference is, he could take down both superman and Hulk hogan together. Wait, He could win every single superhero DC and Marvel combined. Thats how Super he is. HE IS......

BARNEY THE PURPLE DINASOUR!
Oops! Wait..... Lets try that again... HES............

A BOX OF FRUITY PEBBLES???
okay, jokes aside(i am not joking),
HE IS.....

JOHN CENA!
Superman cena, and new superman Randy Orton, are one of the reasons The PG era is bad. These 2 guys alone can make WWE so predictable, and unlogical. (If you don't believe me, watch John Cena vs The Miz over the limit PPV)
Next is the story lines. There isn't a proper serious or sensitive story line going on right now. It just seems as if the WWE creative team write the story/script a few hours before the show starts. You can't actually feel for the characters if the story line isn't proper. The story lines are no longer natural as they were in the Attitude Era and they don't reflect on the social issues that are happening in the real world. There are also other complains from people such as the PG era does not contain blood, bad words and nudity, but those are all secondary problems to me.
I have no problem with WWE being PG(most of the time i have no problem), but i have a problem with this Era.

Anyway, enough yabba dabba because the future is near.
Recently, it seems that somethings are changing, especially these past 2 weeks. It's like, theres a new found spark. Something just seems to be more interesting and less kid friendly. Even the Diva's matchups have become watchable again. I thought it was just me, but many have been feeling the same way too. Maybe it's just a feeling that a long time fan will get when they know something is going to happen. I say, a new Era is upon us, great times lie ahead.
I can give you 1 reason of why i say that though. If the FACE changes the ERA changes. Cena has been getting immense heat and booes lately. A face cannot be hated. If he is hated, he is changed, if he is changed, the era changes. Plain and simple theory.

*Just to be clear. There is a distinct difference between WWE being PG and the PG era. The Hogan Era and The New Generation Era was PG also. So when i say theres going to be a new Era, I mean theres going to be some changes and that includes the face of the WWE. WWE will probably still be PG.

So, for great times to be ahead, great changes need to be made.
Here are few ideas of mine.

FACE
Like i said earlier, change the face. I am not saying change it by next week, but slowly build the foundation for a new face. Right now i can think of 2. The Miz and Zack Ryder. I say the Miz should take over in about 2 yrs time. Zack Ryder is the FUTURE. So i say, he should be the future in about 8 years time.

THEME SONG
This isn't really important but it is necessary nonetheless. Burn it to the ground is nothing compared to papa roach's to be loved. And know your enemy? really? really? really? probably one of Green Day's worst songs.
Burn it to the ground and Know your enemy needs to be replaced by more exciting, heart pounding songs like To be loved.

IMPROVE THE DRAFTS
Read my post titled, Curious Case of the draft. Click Here.

CHANGE THE BELT
Again this isnt the most important point. But it is indeed a plus point if there is change. The WWE championship belt looks like a plastic toy! And it stopped spinning years ago. Make it something like the WHC belt. Now thats a beauty. The IC championship belt isn't that nice either.

REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PPVS
Read my post titled, Pay Per Views. Click Here.

IMPROVE THE SECONDARY TITLES
The US title and IC title are the secondary titles, or mid card titles. Among the 2, i think the IC title is in worst condition. However both need improving. To improve the US title, i say start of by giving Kofi Kingston a solid story line with Dolph Ziggler. Kofi gets enough pop for a mid carder, and dolph gets enough heat thanks to Vicky. So have them in a atleast 3 months story line.
For the IC title, it's a little more trickier. I'll tell you this. Right now, no one really cares about Barrett or Ezekiel Jackson. Barrett has lost the spark that he had in 2010, and Big Zeke never had a spark in my opinion. So i say, end this story fast and early and have someone like Daniel Bryan, Sin Cara, Chavo, go for the title.

IMPROVE THE TAG TEAM DIVISION
Many people like tag teams like Road Warriors. My favorite pairings were The Hardyz and Edge&Christian. Even The Dudleys were good. To have a great tag team division, we need both elements. I think the WWE is already in the process of improving it's tag team division. With Jindar&Khali, Daniel Bryan&Sin Cara, Big Show&Kane, Gabriel&Slater. I think with these four tag teams we can revive the tag team division. Daniel Bryan&Sin Cara VS Gabriel&Slater ladder match. BigShow&kane VS Jindar&Khali hell in a cell match.

GREAT STABLES
Having great stables like Evolution, DX and Horsemen are always a plus point. Read, my post on WWE stables(click here) and Awesome!! What next for the Miz(click here).

IMPROVE THE DIVAS DIVISION
Here are the facts. Currently theres no one in this division as good as Lita or Trish.(or maybe we haven't seen their full potential). However, there is enough talent out there to make an entertaining match. What are the Bella twins, Aj and Kaitlyn doing on Raw and SD? Put them on superstars and bring the most talented Diva's on the Roster, Gail Kim and Melina to Raw and SD.
Have proper story lines between the divas, not just random matches. (Laycool story line was pretty good).
Make the Divas Championship Unified. The Diva's champ should walk on both brands scouting new opponents. Have gimmick matches. Simple question. Would you have rather seen, Cole vs Lawler in a country whipping match or would you have rather seen Melina vs Layla. Would you have rather seen Lawler vs Cole in a kiss my foot match or would you have rather, Beth Pheonix VS Natalya?
Gimmick matches will put that additional spark that the divas division needs. Have a divas money in the bank match. This will show that the Divas division is important too. I don't think they will be able to do much with ladders, so a divas money in the bank battle royal should be good enough.
Lastly, these girls need to stop shouting. Are they Wrestling or shooting a porno?

STORY LINES
Have more realistic story lines that touch on sensitive issues and social issues.

So guys/girls, what do you think? These will definately improve the WWE, change the era, but yet still keep it PG.

Wait, i have 1 more idea. Its logical but pretty far fetched. Its based on hopes more than expectations but its definitely COOL!!!

Check this out.

WWE was huge during the Attitude Era/post Attitude Era because
1) Pressure from competition (WCW)
2) Because Vince eventually bought over the competition.

I don't see any competition now, but Vince could most definitely make NO 2 happen. Buying over the dying TNA would mean, new talent, a whole new spark, and more fans(the TNA fans would also watch WWE). WWE universe would be curious and excited to see whats going to happen next. Ratings will shoot up.

If Vince ever buys over TNA, this is what I hope he does:

1) Sack hogan and Flair. I think its about time these 2 pick up a new hobby. Golf or maybe fishing.

2) Open up a 3rd brand:
    Monday night RAW:
    PG
    General Manager: Stone Cold
    Face: AJ Styles

    Tuesday night SMACKDOWN:
    PG
    General Manager: The Rock
    Face: The Miz

Thursday night RAMPAGE: (the name could be better)
    NC 16 / 18PL
    General Manager: Mick Foley
Face: Randy Orton(Legend Killer NOT the Current super Orton)

3) Reshuffle the whole Roster, make it well balanced.
    Example: *
Raw:
1) AJ Styles
2) Zack Ryder
3) R-truth
4) Kofi Kingston
5) The Big Show
6) Ted Dibiase
7) Rey Mysterio
8) Robbie E
9) Brian Kendrik
10) Mr Anderson

Smackdown:
1) The Miz
2) John Cena
3) Alex Riley
4) Dolph Ziggler
5) Del rio
6)Cody Rhodes
7) Sin Cara
8) Jeff Jarrett
9) Matt Morgan
10) Kurt Angle

Rampage:
1) Randy Orton
2) Sting
3) Daniel Bryan
4) John Morrison
5) Sheamus
6) Christian
7) Kane
8) Cm Punk
9) Abyss
10) Matt Hardy

4) Vince likes having 12-13 ppv's in a year, and i think it is way too many. However, If this were the case, I think 12 ppv's would be perfect.

1) Royal Rumble-40 men- All 3 brands
2) Elimination Chamber- All 3 brands
3) Wrestlemania - All 3 brands
4) Extreme Rules- Only Rampage. (Make it extreme again, exp: 1st blood match, bra and panties match)
5) Over The Limit- Only Smackdown
6) Capitol Punishment - Only Raw
7) Money In The Bank - All 3 brands
8) Summerslam - All 3 brands
9) TLC - Raw and SD. A PG version of Extreme Rules.
10) Vengeance - SD and Rampage.
11) Cyber Sunday - Raw and Rampage.
12) Survivor Series - All 3 brands

So, guys what do you think? Please leave your comments and opinions.

AWESOME!!!! What next for The MIz?

I agree with what The Miz says. The Miz is the most must see WWE superstar. (Currently). Theres one thing better than The Miz is Miz as WWE champion. Yes. I will admit, I am a fan of the Miz, a Mizfit.
However, I am NOT going to wish for Miz to win every single match, like most members of Cenation do. I enjoy seeing The Miz cheat and win, I enjoy Miz mocking the WWE universe(I am part of the WWE universe). I enjoy Miz being an arrogant and cocky guy.
Simply put it this way. Miz is the top heel in the WWE right now, and few would argue with me on that.

The Miz kicked off his wrestling career as a contestant on Tough Enough.(the older seasons). Then Miz trained and wrestled with Ultimate Pro Wrestling, Deep South Wrestling and Ohio Valley Wrestling.
When he signed with WWE he became the host of the annual WWE Diva's Search competition in 2006. It was after this where his career really kicked off. In 2007 he was drafted from Smackdown to ECW(RIP). He formed a tag team with John Morrison, and held both WWE tag team championship and World tag team championship titles. Miz and Morrison is one of the best tag teams in the last 5 or 6 years.
In 2009 The Miz was drafted to Raw. He won the United States Championship twice. He also won the unified tag team championship with The Big show and WWE tag team Championship with John Cena.
Then, The Miz won MITB cashed it in against Orton and held the WWE title from November 2010 to Extreme Rules this year.

Miz is one of those superstars that WWE pushed to perfection(so far), without skipping a step on the ladder.

WATCH! One of the Best Miz Moments.

NOW,
The Miz is in a feud with his former sidekick Alex Riley. Looking at the huge pop that Riley recieved over the past 2 weeks, proves that Miz can not only carry himself but also push his opponents too. I think this feud will last until summerslam(rough prediction). This will be a real test for The Miz. The Miz got huge heat and booes from the crowd as WWE champ. Lets see if he can do the same without the title. (Good Luck.)

Anyway, back to the main point of my post.
What next for The Awesome One after his feud with Riley?

Heres an idea. A STABLE! (What is with me and stables this week? Read bout WWE stables here)
The Nexus(the original one) was a great idea. It was something different and had great potential. Unfortunately, poor bookings sunk the ship.

Well, WWE can try again with the contestants of tough enough.
Miz was a contestant on tough enough a long time ago. In the latest season of tough enough, Miz appeared as a guest on one of the episodes.
Miz would be the perfect leader for this stable.
He could "poison"(kayfabe) their minds and get them to join him.

These are who i think should be in the stable.

MIZ- Leader, brains, and talker.
Luke- The cocky right hand man.
Andy- Brute Strength.
Jeremiah- Great look, great attitude, and he did a cool move from the top rope.
Ivelisse- A hot girl with not bad talent would spice things up just like lita with the hardyz or melina in MNM or chyna in DX.(Rima Fakih is hotter but has less talent than Ive)

WWE STABLES!

Tuesday will be the one year BIRTHDAY of The nexus. In that one year, The Nexus have evolved into The New Nexus and The Corre. Wait! I mean DEVOLVE.
When the nexus started, they made a huge impact, unfortunately, a series of poor bookings just de-pushed what looked like to be a great stable.  The Nexus will forever be one of the biggest wasted pottential in WWE history.
Now, WWE consist of two rather similar stables, The New Nexus on Raw and The Corre on Smackdown.

Original NEXUS.

Breaking down both the groups:

THE NEW NEXUS
Leader: CM Punk- Lost every single Pay Per View since extreme rules 2010. (hes an amazing performer. God knows what WWE is doing with him)
Members: Mason Ryan, David Ortunga, Michael Miggillicutty.- Out of these 3, i only see potential in Mason Ryan.
Achievements: Ortunga and Miggillicutty are currently the Unified Tag Team Champions.

THE CORRE
Leader: Wade Barrett- At one time main eventing, now hanging around the mid card.
Members: Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater.
Achievements: Current Intercontinental Champion, Wade Barrett. Former 2 time Unified Tag Team Champions (Slater and Gabriel).
Sounds good? Not exactly! New nexus is bad. The corre is worst! The Corre is exactly what Cm Punk said. "A poor man's Nexus".

Overall:
The New Nexus practically does nothing. The Corre just jobs. (Remember WM earlier this yr? And now The Corre is currently jobbing to Ezekiel Jackson)

Long gone the days of The Horsemen, DX and Evolution. Those were great stables.
Ask yourselves. Why were those stables legendary? Because, those stables had a goal, they had a purpose for existing,The crowd would hate them yet feel for them. They made a huge everlasting impact.

So how does a stable become so great like those?
Here are a few things every stable MUST have:

  •  A leader that has main evented/almost.
  •  A purpose for existing.
  •  Goals and targets.
  •  A reason they chose each other.
  •  Be strong as a group.
I have an idea for a stable. Most stables in the past have been built around power and strength. My idea is pretty different.

Leader: John Morrison
Members: Evan Bourne, Trent Baretta, Justin Gabriel.

The first ever pure High Flying stable. I think stables should consist of heels, so make them all heel. (John Morrison is a much better heel than face)

The reason for forming this stable:

John Morrison: Main eventer. Always almost wins but gets screwed.
Evan Bourne: One of the greatest high flyers. Havent been given the right opportunity. Currently hanging in the lower mid card.
Justin Gabriel: Great ability. Cool finishing move. Going nowhere in the Corre.
Trent Baretta: Underated highflyer. This guy has great potential for the future. Currently jobbing on superstars.
They are so similar but each superstar has their own distinct character. The right chemistry needed to form a great stable.

Goals:

  • To make a lasting impact.
  • John Morrison to win a world title.
  • To mega push the rest, especially Baretta into the stars of the future.
  • Bourne& Baretta to win the tag team title.
  • Justin Gabriel to win the IC/US title.

Curious case of the Draft.

I have been busy for a while, i just  got hold of a PC.

Anyway, back to business. I have noticed a few things that have been major talking points lately, and i will give my views on all of it.

Ill start with the latest. These past 2 weeks a new star was born. Great entrance theme, above average mic skills, great charisma. His name is ALEX RILEY.
I rarely say this, but good job creative team and vince for building his character slowly but steadily.
While all that was awesome, theres always a problem. Alex Riley was drafted to SD. Yet, he only appeared once on that show, and this week, the raw gm "resigned" him. A whole load of Bullsh**  if u ask me.
Whats the purpose of the Draft then?
Anybody can simply be fired then rehired on the other brand. (Dolph Ziggler)
And just get resigned? (Alex Riley)

Many people say, scrap the draft. Honestly, i think the draft can be a beautiful thing, if WWE actually put a little effort in it. It doesnt take a genius to create a proper well balanced draft honestly.

Heres my idea.

REST IN PEACE.

(November 15, 1952 – May 20, 2011)

RAW&SMACK TALK PART 3

RAW TALK 16/5/11

For those of you who thinks The PG era sucks, (Including Myself), I say chillax, cause it just keeps getting better and better each week. The night kicks off by Cena making his way to the ring. Before he could say a word, Riley interupts. Riley says he has heard it all. "Hustle, Loyalty, Respect. I promise, I am going to make the Miz quit on sunday". Then Riley rolls a video footage, times when Miz was champion and he was destroying John Cena.
Riley  introduces The Miz. They make their way to the ring and Riley's speech continues. Then Cena counter speech. Cena said he respects The Miz but...... (Seriously! What is up with this respect shit!)
The Anonymous Raw General manager interupts. Miz can choose any stipulation and any opponent for Cena to face in tonights main event.

Match 1, Kofi Kingston VS CM Punk. A huge number from the crowd were cheering on Punk. It was a good match. With great movement. In the end, Punk hits the GTS and gets the 3 count. After a long losing streak to Randy Orton, Finally, CM Punk picks up a victory, CLEANLY!
In recent weeks, there were speculations that CM Punk does not want to extend his contract at the WWE. I think CM Punk finally signed the contract. Therefore, the victory.
After the match, Punk sits in front of his New Nexus and says that what we just saw was 'leadership by example'. He also says "No more Mr. nice punk".

Match 2, Kelly Kelly vs Brie Bella. I have nothing much to say about this match. It was a typical Divas match, loads of shouting, not that much movement. Kelly Kelly won.
KHARMA! made an interference as usual. Beat up the Bellas! And does her finisher on one of the twins. Kharma goes over to Kelly Kelly and she picks Kelly up and she thwacks Kelly in the forehead before she leaves.

The night continues, Mysterio gives his speech and calls out R-truth. Instead Del Rio comes out. Rey and Del Rio exchanged alot of words in spanish. Mysterio challenges Del Rio and Del Rio accepts. It was a pretty good match. Towards the end, Mysterio was about to hit the 619 but Ricardo Rodriguez absorbed it. The match ended in DQ.  Del Rio continues to attack Rey and then leaves the ring.  R-truth enters the ring. Beats up Rey. Then he gets the mic and as usual the crowd reacts perfectly to everything R-truth says. Booes and What?? everytime R-truth says something.

It's time for the official contract signing between Michael Cole and Lawler. I am not going to say anything about this total waste of time segment. Key point however is when Cole teases his buddy, Swagger and Swagger leaves Cole.

Match 4, Big Show and Kane versus Michael McGillicutty and David Otunga in a Non Title Match.
This match was okay. It was everything you could expect from a match between 2 big guys vs 2 very big guys. In the end, the 2 members of the new nexus were victorious.

MAIN EVENT. Miz calls out Cena and then introduces his opponent, Jack Swagger. He sets up a No Holds  Barred match. It was a good match, in the end though, Cena was victorious. NO, not with the AA but with the STF. (Note: I feel this is important. 2 weeks in a row the win by the STF. Super Cena NEVER wins by the STF, only the AA. My call is, hes slowly turning heel)
After the match, Miz says there are so many ways he can make Cena say I QUIT!.  Riley grabs a steel pipe from under the ring and passes it to Miz. Miz whacks Cena but Cena counters.

I think, Miz is going to win on sunday by a screwjob. Why? because throughout the night, Cena says I will not say I QUIT many times. Especially at the end.. Heres and edited video i found on youtube...

Verdict : 6/10

SMACK TALK 20/5/11

I like Smackdown. Theres not much talking. Straight to the action.

Match 1, Christian vs Sheamus. This match was good. Great pace, great movement by both these superstars.
In the end, Christian manages the victory with an inside cradle.
Mark Henry comes racing towards the ring, both he and sheamus attacks Christian. Randy Orton walks onto the stage and watches whats going on in the ring. After watching the beating for around 20 seconds, Orton runs to the ring and rescues Christian.

Match 2, Brie Bella vs Natalya. Again, its just an average Diva's match. ( I WANT CHYNA AND LITA BACK). In the end Brie got the victory. This time, Kharma didn't show up.

Ezekiel Jackson cut one of the worst promos you will ever see. The audience did not react much at all. And his theme song is horrible. The Corre interfered. (Thank God.). Teddy long comes out and sets up a 6 man tag team match.

Match 3, The Corre vs Ezekiel, Kane and Big show.
I really do not enjoy a match consisting of too many giants. 1 is fun, but more....
Many quick tags in and out, but in the end, Jackson puts Gabriel in the torture rack and Gabriel taps out.

Match 4, Chavo vs Daniel Bryan.
Before the match, Chavo says that unlike Sin Cara that took around 15 minutes to beat Daniel Bryan, Chavo can take 5 minutes. The match starts and theres a clock on the titatron with a 5 minutes countdown.
The time runs out and the match ends in a draw. Chavo is dissapointed and continues to beat up Daniel Bryan. Sin Cara made his way to the Ring, Cara with a rana to Chavo that sends him to the floor.

Now here comes an interesting part, Ted Dibiase comes out accompanied by Cody Rhodes.
Match 5, Ted Dibiase vs Trent Baretta.

I am actually quite impressed with Trent. This guy has great potential. Give him a ladder and he'll do wonders.
In the end though, Dibiase won. FINALLY! So now is there a tag team being formed between Rhodes and dibiase? Or is Rhodes Dibiase's mentor.

Match 6, Great Khali vs Jey uso.
Khali makes his way to the ring without Ranjin Singh.
Khali almost could have lost the match to Jey, but Jinder Mahal made his way to the side of the ring and calls out Khali. He says something in Hindi, I do not knw what but my guess is  "F**k! What the Hell are you doing? Stop this Nonsense and start kicking some ass!"  Then Jinder Mahal slaps Khali. Khali stares at Jinder Mahal, gets back in the ring, and he chops Jey in the head aggresively! He then hits the vertical Chokeslam for the three count. Khali wins. After the match, Jimmy was tending to Jey but Khali beats up Jimmy also.
Jinder Mahal smiles and leaves the ring. (YES! FINALLY! KHALI HEEL AGAIN! Hopefully it becomes a tag team).

MAIN EVENT, Randy Orton vs Mark Henry.
One of the key points is, Randy was wearing an 'Apex Predator T-shirt' and the ring announcer did not mention 'The Viper'. Note also: Michael Cole has started to support Orton. He never used to do that before.
Anyway, the match kicks off, the match was great. (I don't know why many people say Randy can't wrestle. This guy is entertaining). The match ended in DQ  because Sheamus joined Mark Henry and started beating up Orton. Sheamus and Henry continue to beat Orton. Christian comes to the stage and watches. He stretches a little before making his way to the ring and help Orton.

The fans want an RKO. And out came the RKO on Henry...
The thing is... watch what he does after he RKO-ED henry.

Okay.. So what was that about? Honestly, I think he's going to turn heel. I am not joking. His gimmick will be the " laugh and taunt opponent by weird celebration after the RKO" guy. Again, I am not joking.
I really hope he turns heel. This guy is fantastic as a heel.

Verdict: 7/10

Pay Per views!

Most of the PPVs in the past year or so have been rather disappointing. What does an audience seek from a PPV? To me, each PPV needs to be different from the other. Each PPV needs to have it's own special characteristics. Besides that, every PPV should have great promos leading to it and great matches to match the promos.

So the question is, how does WWE make the PPV'S more entertaining and also significant.
The answer, CUT DOWN THE AMOUNT OF PPV IN A YEAR.
I'll explain further. There are currently 13 PPV's booked in a year. WWE should cut down the amount of PPV's to just 7. 7 PPV'S evenly spread over the course of 12 months.

Breakdown:

BRAGGING RIGHTS + WWE DRAFT (Early May)
I think the bragging  rights PPV and the WWE Draft should combine. This would certainly make the event more interesting. Each match, SD vs Raw and then the draft. This PPV would be the mark of an ending and a new beginning.

SUMMERSLAM (Late June)
After the draft, new feuds will be formed. WWE could nicely build on the feuds in May, and then hit Summerslam in June.

NIGHT OF FURY (Mid August)
Personally, I feel that Extreme Rules, TLC and Money In The Bank ladder match are all quite similar. So why not fuse them into one NIght Of Fury. The main event would be The Money  In The Bank match.

SURVIVOR SERIES (Late October)
Yet again, a months break between August  and October where the feuds could get heated up and then put their bodies on the line at Survivor Series.

ROYAL RUMBLE (Early January)
And now we begin the road to WM. I preferred the rumble when it was 30 superstars and not 40. With less superstars, it means more time for each superstar to showcase their talents. WWE also should not reveal too much about who's going to be involved in the rumble. Not knowing who's coming and when they are coming increases the suspense and the thrill of the Royal Rumble.

ELIMINATION CHAMBER (Early March)
The final road to WM. To me, this PPV is excellent, so I wouldn't change it.

WRESTLEMANIA (Early April)
This is the Grandest Stage of all. The Showcase of Immortals. All feuds must come to a conclusion at this event. (I have given my take on how WM should be in one of my earlier post)

Well that concludes it. All PPV's are spread evenly. This way WWE creative team can actually build and produce enough heat in each feud without rushing. This will also increase the significance of each PPV.

RAW&SMACK TALK PART 2

RAW TALK. 9/5/2011

I must admit, things are starting shift to a higher gear in WWE. The day started with an excellent promo. Del Rio, Mysterio, Miz and R-Truth were in the ring. All debating on which of them should be the No.1 contender to face  Cena for his WWE title. This segment was pretty good, especially R-truth. Even Ricardo Rodriguez, Del Rio's ring announcer did an excellent job. The promo was interupted by The Annonymous Raw General manager, fixing the main event match as a triple threat match featuring, Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del Rio and The miz.
Next, a divas tag team match. KellyKelly&Eve Torres VS The Bella Twins. Kelly pinned one of the Bellas to win the match. It was a pretty stale segment until... KHARMA. Yes! Kharma made an entrance yet again. This time destroying Eve Torres. So for those of you, who are sure that Kharma is "face", think again.
We then continue with a matchup between Kane vs Mason Ryan. This match showcased Mason Ryan's strength. The match was interfered by David Ortunga and Michael McGillicutty attacking Kane. Big Show helped Kane and they cleared the ring. This match entered in a no contest.
I like the way the WWE is building Mason Ryan's character. Unlike what they did with sheamus 2 yrs ago. They rushed Sheamus to the main event and now hes a mid carder again. The slow but steady progress of Ryan is good.
A match featuring Dolph Ziggler and Santino followed. Not much talking points in this match up. Ziggler ended it with a Zig Zag.
There was a back stage segment featuring R-truth. Yet again, R-truth never failed to entertain as a heel.
One of the best moments of the night was, a 5 second segment featuring Zack Ryder and John Cena. This received an incredible amount of pop. (I know, many of you might be thinking why Ryder isn't given a push that he deserves. I have reasons that might clear your doubts. But more on that next time.)
There was another backstage segment, in which Alex Riley was appologising repeatedly to The Miz about what happened last week. Alex Riley then marched out to the ring and called out Cena for a challenge, to prove his worthiness to The Miz. Riley got him in a headlock but Cena fought out and knocked him down with shoulder blocks. He followed with the Five Knuckle Shuffle and Attitude Adjustment. Cena locked in the STF and Riley tapped, making Cena the winner.
What is Raw these days without a segment featuring Michael Cole. Cole enters the Ring and announces that he has retired from in ring competition. This announcement received a major pop from the crowd.
Then there was a match between Kofi Kingston and Jack Swagger for the United States Championship. A distraction by lawler allowed Kofi to connect with the trouble in paradise, and then the pin for the win.
Lawler attacked Cole by repeatedly choking him with his tie. Swagger said Lawler was fired, but Jerry reminded him that he hadn’t touched Cole, only his tie. Swagger accepted Lawler’s challenge for a match at over the limit on Cole’s behalf.
And finally the main event. The triple threat match featuring Rey, Del rio and The miz. The match was in quick mode, with no competitor gaining offense for long. Del Rio got Mysterio in the cross armbreaker but Miz broke it up. Riley came out to help Miz and distracted Del Rio. Riley stopped Rey from pinning Del Rio, which allowed Miz to pin Mysterio to win. Cena came out and congratulated Miz. He said he’d chosen the stipulation match for Over the Limit: an I Quit Match. Back in the ring, R-Truth attacked Mysterio.
All in all, i say it was an entertaining night.

verdict: 6/10

SMACK TALK.  13/5/2011

The day kicked off with a video on Christian finally winning the World Heavy Weight Championship at Extreme Rules, then losing it 5 days later to Randy Orton. In my last week's rendition of Smack Talk, i stated how there would be 3 possibilities. Unfortunately, the 3rd and worst possibility occured.
Christian came into the ring and cut a promo. It was utter rubbish. He stated how he respected Orton, etc. So,  no one is turning heel? This is just bull s**t. There is going to be a rematch at Over The limit. I am sure the match is going to be great, but now we can almost gurantee that Orton is going to win and retain the title while Christian will slowly fade away into the mid card section again.

Anyway, as Christian was giving his speech, he was interfered by Sheamus and Mark Henry. Finally the night started to pick up some speed. Sheamus and Henry moved in to attack Christian before Randy Orton raced to the ring to help Christian. With the help of The Viper, Captain Charisma cleared the ring.
Next was a match featuring Sin Cara and Daniel Bryan. This was a good match. Bryan's technical ability mixed with Sin Cara's highflying, brought out an explosive match. Sin Cara won Daniel Bryan with the help from Chavo. Sin Cara, however did not want Chavo's help. Things started to heat up between Chavo and Sin Cara. A match at Over The Limit maybe?
The night continued by a promo by Layla and Michael Cole. Kharma interfered and finished of Layla. After a couple of weeks of destruction towards the heel divas, Kharma moved on to the face divas. First Eve Torres on Raw then Layla.
After that, was a match featuring Wade barrett and Kane. Barrett was accompanied to the ring by The Corre. During the match, as usual The Corre interfered and started beating up Kane. Ezekiel Jackson made an entrance to try and rescue Kane, however, the numbers game paid off and The Corre had the last laugh.
Following that was the return of Khali's Kiss Cam. It was pretty lame until Jinder Mahal made an entrance and slapped Khali a couple of times.
Then there was a backstage segment featuring The Corre. Barrett set up a match with Ezekiel Jackson at Over The Limit for the Intercontinental Championship.
Then a match between Rhodes and Dibiase. Rhodes told his employees to hand out paper bags to the crowd and handed Dibiase a paper bag himself. Rhodes new gimmick is really paying off for him. His heel promos receive alot of  heat from the crowd. This guy is definitely going to be a main event heel is a year a so.
Cody Rhodes won this match easily. And thus continues Ted Dibiase's long string of losses.
The main Event featuring Christian&Orton VS Sheamus& Mark Henry was Excellent. Lots of action by all four of them. There wasnt a missing thing in this match. There was also the very rarely seen KillSwitch and ofcourse the RKO!. Christian& Orton picked up the victory.

Verdict: 7/10
